HighlightFC Support

Apple Watch has a built-in system setting called Return to Clock that controls how long an app remains open before returning to the watch face when you lower/raise your wrist (default is 2 minutes).

You can change this specifically for HighlightFC on your Watch:

1. On your Apple Watch, open Settings.
2. Go to General > Return to Clock.
3. Scroll down to the app list and tap HighlightFC.
4. Select Custom and change the setting to After 1 hour.

This ensures that whenever you lift your wrist within an hour of using the app, it will immediately display your active tracking screen instead of the watch face.

HighlightFC syncs events in real time as long as your Apple Watch and iPhone are connected via Bluetooth and the app is active. If events don't sync immediately, make sure both devices have the app open. You can also import rosters and event logs using our Pitch Connect cloud sync feature.

Yes! When compiling your highlight reels, you can customize both the pre-roll (the seconds captured before the event) and post-roll (the seconds captured after the event) durations to ensure you catch both the build-up play and the post-goal celebration.
